About Jackson Long, MS SENr

Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, a master’s degree in Applied Nutrition, with a post-graduate diploma in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition, and is a trained and accredited sports nutritionist through the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) of the British Dietetic Association. He has over 13 years of training and racing experience in cycling, skiing, and trail running, and followed a plant-based diet for 9 of those.

Jackson created In The Flow to help mountain endurance athletes fuel the flow of their athletic and health potential by mindfully optimizing training and nutrition.

Jackson hails from a small ski town in Idaho where he also coaches young endurance athletes and cooks in a plant-based food truck. You can usually find him recording podcasts, playing hard in the mountains, and baking sourdough.
